How to move past the buzzwords and develop tangible skills in a business environment.

Main Objectives

✓ Explore Problem-solving, Critical Thinking & Creativity, not merely as vague buzzwords (discuss what buzzwords are in business and what kind of impact they have), but delve into the specific ideas and provide a solid theoretical outlook for understanding the terminology.

✓ Challenge participants to find all the ways in which they problem-solve, think critically and employ their creativity in their day-to-day life (at work or otherwise) and provide a framework for their own lived experience that can be translated/implemented to common issues and problematic situations at their workplace.

Expected Outcomes

Gain understanding on the topic

The participants’ knowledge and understanding of what Problem-solving, Critical Thinking & Creativity are is developed further.

Reflect and analyse

Provide an opportunity to reflect over and analyse these concepts meaningfully, beyond simplified slogans and ready-made solutions.

Apply knowledge in practice

Develop a group’s own framework for successful implementation and practical use of Problem-solving, Critical Thinking & Creativity (with a solid theoretical background) that can be useful in the future.
