Program Synopsis

This module, prepared both as a course and as individualised coaching sessions, aims to create flexible opportunities for different level managers of small or big teams to organise and implement their role into practice from a distance. To that end, we employ various established communication techniques, as well as online tools that allow for strategising and implementation of new ideas. The content and practical exercises, which are part of the courses/coaching sessions help managers to reflect on the necessity for adaptation and increase their ability to create and sustain a working atmosphere of clarity, consistency, responsible independent decision making and successful fulfillment of personal, team and company goals – all done remotely.

Expected Outcomes

Get a broad toolkit of practices and strategies

Managers and leaders have a broad toolkit of practices and strategies at their disposal, which serve to facilitate their teams, while working remotely;

Re-evaluation and critical analysis

A re-evaluation and critical analysis of established processes and know-how – what to keep and what to change when having to manage and lead remotely;

New vision

Design and implement a new vision for yourself and others – constraint and a pressing or difficult situation can paradoxically be more than an annoying hindrance, but rather an opportunity to become a stronger and more flexible professional;
